Our Founder
George Engel
George founded EIA operations in 1977 as a low voltage services provider. Through his leadership, EIA transformed into a provider of multiple diverse services such as IT support, security and electrical over the next four decades.
Under his guidance, EIA has always striven to deliver high value services that result in customer retention. Internal retention was also vital to George, and he made it a key point to make EIA and its employees treat each other like family.
Presently, George provides consulting services to EIA as needed and his input is highly valued by all in the organization!
George is an Air Force Vietnam Veteran and a graduate in Aircraft Manufacturing from Vaughn College. He lives in New York City with his wife Sofie and enjoys driving his cars and motorhome as well as spending time with his family and grandchildren!
